First fires, then floods:
An InHealth Technologies plant update
InHealth Technologies and the Freudenberg Medical manufacturing facility in Carpinteria, California were closed for two days in January due to extreme weather.
Because of the recent wildfires, large rainfall caused mud and debris to wash down from the mountains into the urban areas. The cities of Carpinteria and neighboring Montecito have suffered catastrophic mudslides. While we are glad to report that our employees are safe and the InHealth Technologies and Freudenberg Medical Manufacturing facilities have not been directly affected by the flooding and mudslides, the roads in the area have been impassable resulting in facility closures.
This closure, in addition to the recent closures due to wildfires, have resulted in some order delays and a period of catching up. We apologize for any inconvenience. We are working overtime to help ensure that orders are fulfilled.
We value your business and greatly appreciate your patience during this challenging time.
