| Medicare Update:
It is with great pleasure that we finallyhave the opportunity to inform you that we have successfullyresolved the problems with Medicare and our Medicare Supplier account. Medicare reactivated our account as of February 14, 2005 and has agreedto make the effective date retroactive to original deactivationdate of September 20, 2004. As a result, Medicare has assuredus that all purchases made since September 20, 2004 may be submittedand will qualify for reimbursement. Since Medicare processes claimsregionally, they have indicated that it can takeup to 48 hours for each region's system to receive the updated information. Thereforewe are contacting each region by phone to verify that their systemis showing our account active with an effective date of September20, 2004. As soon as all systems are updated with the correctinformation we will begin submitting claims. All of us at InHealthrealize how important your reimbursement checks are to you and therehas been no higher priority for our organization than to resolve thismatter as quickly as possible. We know it has been a slow andextremely frustrating process for everyone involved, and we thankyou for the patience and support you have shown over the last fourmonths.
